I don't think most people who purchased this understand it. It was difficult to put together. After working in the skin care industry for many years I somewhat knew what to expect. You will not get results right away. Like I was always told by the professionals: those black heads did not get there over night so they won't go away in one treatment. Even professional microdermabrasion takes around 3 months of twice a month treatments to start seeing results. This is nowhere near that powerful. If you've never done any type of microdermabrasion do not turn it up all the way. You will hurt yourself. Hold skin tight and do section by section or you will cause bruises. Do not go too close to your eyes or mouth until you feel comfortable using it and your skin has gotten used to it. You can seriously hurt yourself using a tool like this. When used properly you will start seeing results after a few months. I use this no more than twice a week. My skin is insanely sensitive and this does not cause dryness or more breakouts. I have started seeing a difference but keep in mind it will take a while.

Only used it once so far works as expected however it would be better if it had a suction level between two and three, three is very strong and two is rather weak so you must be very careful when using the diamond peel head otherwise you will scratch your face. We'll see how it goes

I purchased this to use the pore cleaning attachments. I doubt it would be any good at all for microdermabrasion, as I have an expensive machine for that and it has way more suction & different attachments. However, this one is perfect for clearing up pimples without squeezing, as well as removing clogs from pores on my nose. I have used it several times at first sight of a whitehead and it cut the healing time in half. Great sidekick.

I bought this to try to reduce some discolored areas as well as to reduce some fine lines. I have used it 2 times so far and with that, I have gotten visible results. For the novice, this is the perfect choice to address those skin issues.
