    Operation steps:
    A: Installation method
    1. The needle is inserted into the head of the pen and rotated clockwise tightly.
    2. Remove the needle counterclockwise when not in use.

    B: Operation method
    1. Wipe the needle with alcohol to disinfect, use alcohol cotton to clean the skin of treatment sites.
    2. Determine the gears: remove the shallow or small area spots, use the low gear, remove deep larger area spots, use the high gear. (Do not puncture the skin to operate)

    C: Attentions

      I just used one without numbing cream, could tolerate only level 1. But it was enough to burn warts.
      Tried on moles as well, seems to work, but now they're rised up and quit big area around is red.
      I do understand that warts and moles might grow back after some months or a year, but I will still have this pen and I won't mind doing it again.

      Works Great but dont pull on big things

      Got mine in 2 weeks. Overall very effective. Guaranteed to work. Couldnt believe some of the home remedies would. As some other reviews say, watch YouTube videos to learn how to assemble and use. It does hurt a little, especially on bigger moles and skin tags just because of the amount of time. I used some Lidocaine lotion and that helped, however you have to reapply as you are killing and removing what was numb. What I didnt like on YouTube videos was that many were pulling on large moles and warts. This causes you to dig deeper and have more blood and longer healing times. Its slower but I think overall better to just burn it down to flat then gone. Did this on a wart on my forehead and was great. On the big mole on my neck, I got it mostly gone the first day but needed a break and finished the next. Very little blood and thus very little to need to heal. Overall very happy with first use (face and neck) and excited about some future uses.

      Happy so far but awaiting final results.

      Im giving this 5 stars. I may change that later. It depends how my skin looks when the healing is complete. What this does is burns the mole or whatever you are trying to remove. Its only been 2 days since I used it but it does appear the moles are going to fall off. Right now they are scabs. I dont know if scars will replace the moles. Overall, so far, Im happy with the product. Be aware it is painful you are burning yourself.

      Product works great!!!

      I used this product to remove a little wart on the side if my neck and it was really easy to use with clear instructions listed in the manual. It comes in a nice box with needles but I had to purchase a separate numbing cream to rub it on the area before the procedure. It might be painful without using the numbing cream and I would highly recommend to purchase it. Overall the product works well and easy to use.
